I was asked to be part of the award-winning rebrand of one of the UK’s largest FTSE 100 property developers, Land Securities. Its transformation from Land Securities to Landsec was built on a philosophy that everything is experience. Being a large FTSE 100 company, it took the design, strategic and digital teams working alongside key stakeholders in the business to embed this new voice and brand guidelines. The right evolution everyone could get behind, with a clearer way of explaining what matters to them.
