Openreach is the UK’s largest broadband provider, looking after millions of kilometres of cable that connects us, everyday. This newly independent subsidiary of BT needed a new focus, tone of voice and a brand new set of guidelines to show them exactly how they could tell their story in an open, accessible way. As part of my work with P&P, I wrote this for them across guidelines, recruitment adverts, for internal campaigns, CEO speeches and in films you can even enjoy on the internet - if FTTP floats that particular boat.
